1 I need to plug or in some way not use the third line coming out of the fuel tank, whats the best way to do this? The reason I'm not using the fill line is because I'm using an Du-Bro filler valve. I was thinking the easiest way would be to simply put a small piece of fuel tubing on the line and then fold it over to kink it shut, but this is a quick fix that I don't think will work for very long, and I'm not sure of any stopper that will work with this tank.

2 Will JR DS821 servos be a high enough torque for this plane? The servos have 88oz/in of torque @ 6v, yes I plan on using a 5 cell pack.

If the link does not work just put the number in a search engine.
I would say you need a larger prop than a 14. I think Alan is right on with a 15. I run a 16x4 on my Saito 100.

For filling, I simply put a section of fuel tubing on the input on the tank, and I leave it hanging out a bit with a little screw in the end. Easy to fill up, easy to hide if I ever decide to put the cowl on.

I use standard Futaba 3004 servos. It moves the plane just fine for my taste. It all comes down to what YOU are comfortable with. I fly with the standard servos now, and once I get comfortable with it, I might put in high torques. Or, I might not. I think the plane is just fine the way it is now. The standards move the surfaces fast enough and far enough for my taste. A 6v pack will move standard servos a bit harder, but make sure your servos can handle 6v.
