So, you have no personal experience with any of this, but felt the need to complain anyway?
I would like to suggest that this is not a good practice as the person you quote may be wrong, may be lying or may simply like to complain and now has you carrying their message.
I suggest you not put yourself into this role. It does not reflect well on you.
