Well, you don't need tyres straight away there's some good ones in the kit (proline knuckles 2 usually), and 50 quid is waaaay too much for a pipe. You can also get a cheaper radio (that radio is $100 in the us, you're price is like 3 times too much)

No doubt you could find a cheaper servo too.
