TimC..I agree with you..although I had no problems with my current T _ _ _ T, for as far as cutting the balsa, I'd rather be safe than sorry...if the melting trick is easier and avoids cutting the balsa, then I'm all for it...I think I will try the melting method on the covering of a Katana I recently crashed, and let you know how it turned out..

Down....Do I understand you don't cut the covering away at all then??HHmm......well..I trust on your experience, believing that it sure holds up well then...but I think I'm too chicken to go that route.....I'll try the melting part first i think.....
