Default RE: E-flite blades

Oh ok, my mistake, certainly it isn't the same main rotor blades, that tail rotor blades.. ;-)

No wonder, because if they were main rotor blades, they certainly don't cost $4.99. - The least I have paid for main rotor blades was $9 dollars for the stock Walkera 22E blades, and the most I've paid so far was $29 for the CF ones for a Blade CP, the fiasco ones I though were made of solid carbon fiber.

The ones I bought are if I remember well the ones for a Blade CP, they said fiber carbon on the description, they looked like fiber carbon, and when they broke two nights ago, the heli hit something and the tips got chopped off... I noticed that inside there was a piece of foam, and it was like a sandwich if you take two pieces of plastic that look like fiber carbon, put a layer of foam inside, just like that.... certainly not what I expected from a set of carbon fiber.

I am still fairly new at this, since I just started two months ago, but it was my understanding and hope that if those blades are made of fiber carbon, they were made of *solid* carbon fiber, not like that two layers of plastic that looked like carbon fiber and foam in the middle.... I feel fooled to say the least.

If they are all like that, then I will stick with wood blades....unless someone could tell me there are CF blades that are solid made of carbon fiber, and not the crap I noticed were made of.

Maybe I did not buy original OEM blades, and they were the kind that look like carbon fiber but they are not, yet those shouldn't cost $29 bucks then, that's too much and certainly I found out I got fooled, but too late to claim anything now...... I was just angry and broke the rest of them with my hands and put them in the trash can..hehe.

Regards...
