Send the 2.4 receiver into the service center as soon as you can, we'll be happy to check this out. Also please fill out the "Return for Service" form on our website at:

Please include any information you can think of that may help the techs diagnose the problem.
For you other problem, I am not sure which transmitter you have, but it could be a programming issue. The best thing to do is to go into a blank model and reset everything up to see if this solves the problem.

Hello I just purchased the Futaba 3pm 2.4 radio today from my local hobby shop. But when I set everything up, there was smoke coming from the Receiver. How would I go about getting a replacement? It was purchased today.
