Preliminary data:
After one day spent after oils modified and unmodified, hot and cold, and many risky and tedious measurements it results that for temperatures between 10 and 100°C
MODIFIED OLIVE OIL VISCOSITY TRACKS SOMEWAY THAT OF MINERAL OIL SAE 5-40.
I guess that at higher temperatures it will behave as a higher viscosity grade, but I have to change the measuring set, hot oil is a dangerous beast indeed, but the high temperature behaviour is tempting.
