I spent a weekend at that manufacturers home alomost two years ago and have been hard pressed to meet people as nice as them since. I was lucky to be able to see how they run the business and the number of hours they spend each day AND night working with customers. It gave me a much better understanding of the way the business and the customers relate with each other. Ain't easy for sure.

The planes DO seem to multiply. Must be something specific to the species
