You'll want the PQ-12 (12V, Delrin, HS (0) - VITON - )
Unless you want the holes pre-drilled then specify the amount of holes instead of the (0)

KC suggested HDPE housing and EDPM seals.

They both will work but The Delrin is static dissipative and is a good choice for a fuel pump. It is less brittle than the HDPE as well.

The Viton seals have excellent weather, synthetic lubricant, chemical and other oil resistance. EDPM are mostly used in food service.
