Kerwin I just use the standard Futaba S3004's BB and have never had a problem, I have recently ended up buying 2 flight packs of Hitechs becasue they were the only thing availbale at the time in our hobby shop and have so far found no problems with them at all, I'll have to check on the centering thing but I haven't noticed it yet,, especially in the T_ _ _ T, that plane is all over the sky, but lands like a dream. so I wouldn't think there is a problem.

Moondoggie I know how much fun flying you have had in this hobby, as I have had the same exact hanger over the years, minus the stinson, love that bipe, the 4 star, kadet, the corsair lasted me about 5 years, she always always landed beautifully, and then skidded to a stop on her nose, every single landing, except the last one which landed at about 200mph out of a dive in a parking lot,, there was nothing to even rebuild after that.
