Actually, I said tires have nothing to do with WHY we drift or HOW we drive, as it pertains to drive wheels. Meaning, tires have no impact on whether we drift AWD or 2WD.
Again, did you read what I said? I didn't say you said SPECIFICALLY anything. I said you restated what I said.
I do think that power to weight ratio, weight transfer, traction, torque, momentum, top notch driving ability all play a huge part in 1:1 drifting
Now, if you refer back to my 2nd post in which I discredited C.A.R., clearly, you will see that I pointed out instances in which these things affect drifting. Obviously, not ver batum since some of these topics were not involved in the discussion at the time, but you should easily be able to find the connection. If you'll remember, C.A.R. stated that these things have NOTHING to do with drifting (actually, I bolded in a few post up if you wanna check that as a reference point). So, obviously, one could conclude that you didn't say what HE said. But, we already know that.
So, moving on...
