A funnel is the helicopter flying in a circle, tail in to the center with the nose up at a 60 degree angle or so. Properly done it looks like its on a control line. There's variations where the nose is down and pointing to the center or its inverted and the nose is up skids to the center.

Tictock is an elevator manuver, pull back on the stick, when the heli is about 45 degrees on its back you reverse the collective and push forward elevator and it goes to 45 degrees nose up, reverse again and pull back. Properly done the pivot point appears to be the tail rotor and the heli flips back and forth like a metronome, tick, tock. There's variations on this as well.

A stall turn on a heli is the same as an airplane though if you hold the tail rotor you can make a complete revolution and a half for a 540 stall turn, something not many airplanes can duplicate.
