Default RE: Insurance

Insurance is a tough subject. I'm a musician and when I go out, my oboes alone (oboe, oboe d'amore, englishorn) in one case have a value of about $14m. My clarinets, bass clar & tarogato another $3m. Home owners insurance will cover only at home....who plays a gig at home? My Renaisance and Baroque instruments (23 of them) are covered at home. There are very few insurance agencies that will insure high value items when you take them out to use. You just have to shop around for an individual company that will cover you, and read the fine print as to useage and restrictions. My 23 RC tanks are covered at the museum, but when i take them out, it's on me.

Anyone have leads on a company that can handle RC and diaplay tanks, it would be nice for all of us to see.
