Moondoggie,,, LOL,, you could be in trouble if looking straight up bothers you, the T_ _ _ T with a 72 4 stroke will take off in about 5 feet if you pull back on the stick and point her straight up, she will find orbit before you know it, I use to take her straight up into the clouds and then throw the sticks into a flat spin mode and hoped it was flat spinning when she re appeared, so far she always has been spotted, sometimes flat spinning, sometimes not, and usually about 100 -500 yards off of the spot we were expecting it to be dropping from.

The T_ _ _ T will land better then the 4 star for you, or very close, I really liked the 4 star, I flew that baby for about 7 years, but the T_ _ _ T has her own character for sure, and can be the best trainer you've ever had, or your worst nightmare, the stories are true, so listen to these kids, in 35 years of flying this is the most acrobatic plane I have ever owned, and it still flys like a trainer, but at high speed and high rates this thing will snap your neck trying to follow it and still be looking for more of the violence,,,,,[>:][>:] awesome plane,,,

I have flaperons set up on mine, I only use them when I'm messing around with different things though, they are really not needed at all,,, but oh,,, the extra fun you can have with them
The Cg at 4.25 is a great way to go for sure. good luck and we all definitely want to see that maiden report.

JWK Don't you hate when that happens,, finally after about 5 passes you yell,, I CAN'T LAND MY PLANE!!! It won't sit down,,,[&:][8D] LOL, I love when that happens to me, it just shows me my plane wants to keep on flying,,, thats a good thing, I think anyway... in such a situation just climb about 50 feet up and circle the runway until it runs out of fuel, or kill the motor, she is going to land then for sure.

Dutch the anticipation must be killing you to get that 60 in the air,,, and I have to agree with you about this turning into a family thread.... gotta love a big T_ _ _ T family.

I could go on all day and reply to replys, but I have been long enough again, So I will just say to all of you, Have a blast and don't forget....

PICS........ MOVIES...... REPORTS........ keep em comming.
