They will let you fly then. the groundskeeper probably a frustrated guy whose wife said he cant fly!.. Its public land and you can fly as long as no games are going on. I fly 1/5 gas giants at our soccer complex over 20 years not a complaint. I was nioce the the director and the cops stop by and watch too!
