I'm sure someone sells to the rc market. When I used to race 1/5 scale in Europe, you could'nt put your car on the track until you showed your insurance card. In Europe (Germany) you were covered by the DMC (Deutscher Minicar Club) German Minicar Club, and cost about $45.00 a year.
