Default RE: Hellfire SS kit

Something I highly recommend is to thread all the screws that will go into plastic parts before assembly of that part, some of the parts can be pretty difficult to screw in while getting enough grip on the part to keep it threading straight and applying enough force to start threading the screw, particularly with parts that attach to the main chassis plate. I figured this all out the hard way on the SS I'm building. DON'T TRY TO USE ALLEN KEYS, especially if there not metric, the fit may be close but you'll strip screws. Spend money on a decent set of Hex drives, I tried to save money by using the allen keys I have and found out that is near impossible to thread screws into plastic, keep screws straight, apply enough pressure all at the same time. Also make sure your parts fit properly before assembly, I had two diff shafts that were machined improperly, the inside diameter or one was about half a millimeter to small, and the other was even smaller, didn't notice it at first till I turned the CVD and found it unable to move freely at all angles. Another tool that will really help is a metric vernier caliper, it will really help get parts set accurately.
