Well, Just from looking at the picture, Looks like a 250. They run great, cheap, and get them anywhere. Now you can run far over 6V through it you want to bump it up. I 11.1V in mine and it's fine... As cheap as they are, if you nuke one,. so what... they cost as much as a Del Taco meal.
