Most of these BECs are probably very similar, but I got this one:

It works fine so far, but it is BIG...about the size of your ESC! Regardless of which BEC you get, I would recommend securing the wires somehow and making sure they can't possibly short. I took the heat shrink off mine and completely covered the wires in epoxy all the way from where they are soldered to the end of the board. Now there's no way they can short and it will keep any stress off them. Then I re-shrinked the BEC, folded the wires back in the opposite direction and shrinked it again over the wires! I like things to be secure. I can't vouch for it, but I would think the Medusa BEC would be better quality, but I've got mine right by the receiver and no problems at all. The BEC will most likely be essential if you ever want to run hi torque or digital servos.
