My DD is running great (knock on wood). Hit a rocking chair and had to re-build the head, straighten that NEW stainless spindle, the main shaft is still true. I'm glad I re-built the head...I gained stability. I knew stuff was getting worn out up there. Gonna go fly the Cub here in a few minutes. The wind is low, but it's there.

I still have yet to put my DD on............. Still waiting for the 3020's to come in at the LHS....... should be in by this friday. Until then, went back to flat woodies on the CNC head, I can't seem to get the syms I have to even out. I have a wobble on spoolup and down, but everyting is balanced as far as i can tell........... I am kinda wondering what is out of balance, all I can figure is its in the head itself. Will pull the flybar paddles, weights and blade grips tonite and see if I still have it. If not, will add one at a time until it returns.....then zero in and KILL the wobbles.........heh
