It is not clear to me if when you set it up OUTSIDE the tank if it worked or not. If it DIDN'T, then it is probably a radio / DMD issue. Do you have another radio you can use/borrow to benchmark against?
If it DOES then maybe there is some with the way you are running the antenna / servo wires and all the other wires. Can you post any shots of you tank with the radio installed?

It did not work outside the tank. I don't have another radio and I don't know anyone who would have one.
I don't have a camera.
@pcomm1: I got it off ebay and I also got my panther from there too. I could not find the Futaba Attack on ebay so I got the Skysport.
