Yeah, second hand R/C's (previously owned) are getting cheaper by the minute, but as with most that are sold online through various sites, you really don't get a chance to see it run, look it over, or ask in person questions. That alone eliminates any of the dreaded surprises that normally occur. And being a Noob, this is a plus for you because he is sooo local. Two, the Axial is an inexpensive engine, about $130 bucks anywhere you look, but it's, from what I have read, a good reliable engine with plenty of grunt. They say it holds a tune real well and is good for beginners, but I cannot speak from experience on that engine. You can do more homework on it and make your own judgement. But if you look around most X's are about this price with the same upgrades and the ones that are less tend to have something wrong with them. So good luck I hope this helps you.
