I great 3d ship is the 3dhobbyshop.com 's extra shp. It's not that expensive, it's very stable with forward CG and 3d's well with neutral cg. It's very portable since the wings come off, it's quiet and clean. I was doing rolling harriers on mine 1 minute into the madden flight. Hovers are easy, elevators are vertical, and knife edge has no coupling. It flys WAY better than a twist, because it's light, and doesn't want to roll and pitch couple.
