When you fill the shocks slowly move the piston (shock shaft) up & down to remove most of the air bubbles. Let the shocks settle for a little while as the rest of the air bubbles come to the surface, then top-up with the shock oil until full & screw on the cap. You don't want too much air in your shock as it will reduce your shocks dampening properties
