My Quest has been Glassed and broken already. I have already started working on my third one, this one I have used some of Mikes ideas, I hope he doesnt mind and have had alot of pieces reinforced with composites. The cheeks, canopy bellypan and the top piece of the nose are all carbon fiber, I made all my own molds for all these. Most of the key fromers are laminated then routed by a friend. I have had some pieces laser cut, I found a company locally who can just take my drawings and cut them easily. I have found a great supply of balsa locally. I always use Bolly stuff as the factory is local to me, I just stop in there.

The only thing I need to get some advice on is where I need to ask some advice for is where to strengthen the wing, thats how I broke the last one, OOPS!!! Im sure if I ask really nicely Mike or Bryan might give ne some ideas.
