It's going to be a long, arduous task, but I've got a start. I'm trying to remain true to the original construction methods, including the tongue and groove trailing edge assembly. The only changes I've made so far are to round off some of the metric dimensions to the closest fractional inches. I'll probably work on a laser cut file for the ribs tonight. I'll add holes in the ribs for a wing jig, too.
