My truck is shifting too early i beleive...

It goes brap, shift braaaaaaaaaaap... when it use to go braaaap, shift, braaaaaaaaap...lol its shifting way too soon.. i cant even hardly start moving before it shifts..

whats the factory settings, and do these things need adjustments every now and then?
