Nathan, if you are going to be a Moderator, you have to do the job. Been there, done that. Go back and look at the threads that have been locked, and you will find common threads and repeat offenders. If I've been out of line, zap my post and PM me why. If I prove unreasonable about changing my ways, lock me out. This particular forum HAS changed from when it started (when it should have been called Bash AMA) to where it is now, where 25% or so of the posts are addressing real issues that do or should concern AMA. The rest of the axe-grinding and mud-slinging posts should be deleted, the individual posters warned, and those that can't reform should be removed. Throwing the baby out with the bathwater is not wise. General "Now CHILDREN, knock it off!" messages don't apply to anyone, while irritating everyone.

Draw the line, shoot the first one that crosses it, and the rest will pay attention.
