I'm finishing a Kadet Sr. and I have a problem with the hinges I used. I installed GP pinned hinges and glued them with CA as they suggest. I have one aileron servo moving both surfaces and the glue wicked into the pins on the hinges. They are so stiff that the one servo is having trouble moving the ailerons. I have removed the hinges, but now I am wondering how to hinge them and keep the movement as free as possible. Should I go to CA hinges? I have never used them and I am wondering how stiff they are after filling them with CA. (I am trying to avoid the old epoxy route if possible.)
