Hi,

I am making the step into racing with my Savage, my local club has a beginners Savage class, I have been a couple of times but I am out of my league when it comes to power.

I am looking for the "Ultimate" race engine for the Savage, The rules say I have to run a .25+ and limited to not over a .32.

I have spoken with my "LOS" and they have suggested the Novarossi .28 (I cant remember the particular model but it was £300+ price range.

I will spend up to £500 on the engine as the guys at my club have told me they can go up to that sort of price.

What does anyone suggest??
