What you're seeing is caused by the controller constantly sending a Reset or InstantUp to the sim.

If you're using the TacCon controller, be sure to press the Reset and InstantUp when calibrating. I think this is the step that was missed during your calibration.

If you're using your own real Tx, be sure to center the sticks when you're done calibrating. This means center the sliders also. Also, be sure to calibrate all channels.
