I don't know for a fact what the difference is (or isn't!). Friday, while asking the lady at the Post Office some general questions about mailing the bunch of stuff I need to mail in a few weeks she told me if I wanted to save some money I'd better mail out before Monday the 14th because of the rate hike. That's pretty much as far as it went at that point because everything has been set as far as pricing goes. Well, this morning I had to look up USPS Air Parcel Post for a Canadian Brother and the Freakin' USPS Website had changed precluding me from finding the Air Parcel rates! Almost late for work, I fired off that post about rate increases because I was whizzed off. Let me get my sh*t straightened out and we'll go from there. I do not anticipate a price increase for the shirts UNLESS the rate increase was substantial. However, with gas creeping to $4.00 a gallon I will not be surprised if I see a fuel surcharge on the raw shirts- as they come direct from a warehouse distributor. As I said, maybe I got a little excited over nothing, sorry.
