I built my second Kougar a few years ago when I was laid off from work. I had a new kit that was lying around for a few years along with all the radio gear and a new K&B 65 Sportster( about 5 years old but new, never run). Man, this thing is a rocket with the K&B 65 in the nose. Guys at my field love it when I bring out and fly it. I looks like a jet in the sky. My Kougar is a blast to fly and has almost unlimited vertical. It lands wonderful, just set it up, bring the throttle down and it practically lands itself. No bad habits. I can post pictures if anyone wants to see it. The covering job is nothing fancy. It's done in jet white with red and blue stripes on top from the leading edge of the wings and horizontal stab.
