Yep, the plane comes in way tail heavy. I have my rudder servos in the fuse and have a 3W106 in the nose and I still had to add 1 pound in the nose. Without the pound it took off straight up like a rocket and I had to give it 22 down trim clicks to fly it level. With the pound, my plane came out 26.7lbs and it still flies awesome 3D.
