Default Best procedure for adding monocote trim

Hi.

I read a couple of different ways to add monocote on monokote trim. What is the proper way to do this? Should I use the trim solvent or an iron?

How do I seal the edges so they don't come loose? I have a trainer and its trim is nearly all gone because it's come loose. How do I reseal the trim if it comes loose? I saw a video and it suggested using acetone. What does acetone do to trim? Does it work with monocote?
