I glued two sheets of 1/8" balsa together with CA, soaked one side with ammonia and water, and wrapped it around the outside of my ammonia bottle which had about the same radius of the top of the nose. Held it in place with rubber bands. Let it dry overnight on the bottle, and it worked great after I trimmed it to fit.

I'm getting ready to sheet the nose of the fuse between te canopy and firewall. I am considering doing it with three piexes of 1./8" as opposed to stick sheeting like you did. Any thoughts on it before I do it?
