hey again guys. Im having a little trouble rembering tuning stuff. when i use full throttle my engine sputters a little bit. does that mean its too rich or too lean?

ok now I think I have it tuned right, but after i let off full throttle it sputters after letting go, is that bad, or am I just being paranoid?
