Looking for some advice on setting up a set of trim wheels and brakes (ultra precision valve) to make a system that is reliable, won't lock-up or cause diffirential braking etc.

Some general questions:

1. Should I glue the wheels to the hubs with CA?
2. Should the brake oring be greased to prevent lock-up?
