Thanks dudes for the help.....heres what had happend
The trans. was shifting so fast, soon, and smooth I just didnt notice it...*&^%$#@!?...I got it shifting later now and all is good in wheelie world...lol when i slowed down to hear it after getting it running again it worked... trouble starting was a broken shoe holder pin on the fly wheel and spring... I put in a new flywheel, got it free cause there not supposed to break ! and I upgraded to alum. shoes and heavyer springs made a big difference I highly recommend it welp thats it man now im still tuneing the motor in any advise im trying to keep it sounding good, nice idle, a little smoke, and temp below 250 ?
