Billy - remember that 2 wings do not = twice the lift. I believe that you loose about 40% (you'd have to research it to get exact formula) of the effective wing area due to turbulence. The wings' blunt leading edges would probably make this even worse, though is doable. If I was going to do it, I'd change my foil some, then install outboard wing supports (between the wings) and develop some cabanes. The problem would be weight / wing loading / CG, though like I said, doable.
