If you order from the "General Stock", you get whatever they have lying around. Ordering from the "Contest Grade" get's you much better wood. I'd use it for ribs and wing sheeting. It may not be suitable for fuselage sheeting, as there is so much stress. If you have a stick and sheet kind of tail, I'd use contest sheet there too.
For building C/L planes, I use that wood all through, but C/L planes don't have to snaproll, wall,or blender.
