The point about STS is, I'm sure with ENOUGH TLC(from say, a pro engine modder...) they can run OK, but on forums all you hear from these select few is "STS blows the doors off everything and you're a f.ag if you don't have one", so newbs go buy them and have problems. And IMO, MOST of these newbs wouldn't have those problems with say, an Axial...................

And in any case it most definitely is NOT just newbs.. Go to some of the LST forums, and lots of racers have had issues too, and so just say forget it it's not worth the hassle of finding and maintaining the right tune.. Some experienced Savy guys WITH a clue too have had their STS's just explode.... And on and on and on....

And the two of you can give up on the X RTR thing, cuz I couldn't be happier with the decisions I made, and what HPI has done since then pretty much supports most of what I was saying back then.. So please just leave that... I'm not going to say any more about that topic - you've got nothing to stand on there, so drop it...
