I had the same problem as you have with WOT and rolling over
The guy LHS says I am doing too hard turn.
Which yes, quite true, but it is either that or like run into things.

Had a cunning plan, use 40 series wheel and tyres (Big Joes)
It sure fix the roll over problem with those, but it also creates others
Namely heavy wheels, means more stress on the suspension, drive train, and brakes.
Am starting to get things like tie rod poping out or bending and all sorts

But on the whole, I think the 40 series wheels is worth it.
It still does roll over, but not as much now, I actually can make emergency turns now.
