I'm looking to get a 1/5 onroad gasser... Unfortunately I can't anywhere near afford it right now.., but - though I'm obviously way more into offroad - lack of cool bash spots is driving me more and more onroad...

Here's a short clip of some gassers at a local track. This track is public, and in the middle of a BEAUTIFUL, huge, green park - 10 minutes from me....

Unfortunately, I was told that, for a good one, you have to reckon with €1200 to start - WITHOUT a body - which costs €130 itself... They had some pretty huge wrecks too - was impressed to see how tough they are... Anyway, gas has a certain appeal. Tank her up and run - for 30+ minutes!! These guys'll spin out on the other side of the track, and just have a smoke and chat to a friend while the thing's just sitting there running.. No prob at all...

I just don't think there are any 1/5 gas trucks out there right now that really appeal to me.. I really do believe HPI will come out with a 1/5 scale Baja Savage.. Only question is when.. The idea just makes too much sense.....
