Ok..so I tell you the same thing that I would tell anyone.....do it better. Don't cop out here on us. You are passionate enough to go on here about this topic which you seem to care about and now you have a chance to make a difference and change it all. Do it your way. Mix it up. Set an example for others to follow.
If I could, I would. Instead I've made some simple suggestions that would, in my mind, improve the review program here at RCU. You'll either consider them or you won't. You know as well as anyone that I want to see RCU reach its potential, and you know I've put my share of time in towards making that happen.
