I don't know about Econokote, but since EK is basically cheap monokote I would think it would work. I'll have to give it a try some time. You can also use the Windex Method for laying down vinyl graphics on your covering. The advantage here is that the windex allows you to properly position your graphic before the adhesive sets. If you try to put on vinyl graphics without windex you are pretty much limited, once the graphic is down it is there for good!!
