I'm just starting to get back into the hobby after a three year hiatus. Needless to say, my flightpacks and transmitter batteries are questionable. I used to test my batteries with a meter and a 22 ohm resistor for a standard 4.8v/500mah pack. Basically, a home made expanded voltmeter.
I know this seems prehistoric by todays hobby standards with all the hi tech cyclers available but if someone would humor me, I'd appreciate it.
What's the minimum voltage one could consider a 4.8v pack to read when testing with an expanded volt meter? I used to know but I've forgotten...I'm thinking 4.2~4.8v?
