Default RE: gas fuel with glo plug no ignition

Here it goes - results with increased compression. It is still not the best what it should be because my glow adapter started to leak (I've seen bubbles coming from the glow plug), but this time starting by hand was possible (not by two flips tho). It was easier when engine was hot - go figure

Now here are the numbers. Full throttle after fiddling with needle established at 7200 rpm. I got idle at 1900 rpm, but the engine was not running steady (missing sometimes) and obviously was loading on too rich mixture. All these went away when I applied power to the glow plug. With glow plug powered I got steady ticking at 1700 rpm. I guess I need more methanol or beter idle mixture setup.

Transition was the same as on gas. It means when from idle I slammed WOT the did not jump to rpm at once, but needed to take few deep breaths (5 rotations or so). But the good news is it never died on it. When glow plug was powered on idle, the hesitation was almost not noticable.

I was planning to try fuel with only 10% methanol, but it looks like I need more methanol than that. First I will need to make sure the plug is not leaking and the mixture is tuned right.
