I asked in the right place and got an answer. This is a 1996 or so vintage Doroshenko, probably made by Gievsky. Doroshenko won the WC at least once, probably more than once. The engine is fast, even by today's standards - 2.3 sec/lap. Parts are going to be non-existent, and it's a rare engine, so this one will probably go to a collector. Don't know what someone would pay for one, but it might be quite a bit.
