I'm lost there. I have no problem with the gyro.

Shadowin,

If your gyro switch is in reverse then maybe the pot works backwards, I think the Sensitivity on your TX may work backwards to if your reversed. I think it depends on the TX and Gyro brands.
Its easy to test by watching the gyro HH mode light.
